Bitcoin whales are being spooked to move coins with dust transactions containing threatening messages

Old BTC wallets still receive pseudo-legal messages trying to claim ownership of inactive coins. The messages even reached the coins of James Howells, which are lost in a hard drive buried in a landfill.
